The movie OMG -2 starring Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripath and Yami Gautam and the makers of this movie are stressed. On 13 July, 2023 the examining committee of the Central Board of Film Certificate (CBFC) referred this movie to the revising committee.
This film will be released on 11 August, 2023 in cinema halls. The cast wants to start the promotion of this film with a trailer. As per the report of Insta Bollywood, the revising committee suggested several modifications, makers are not comfortable with this. RC suggest 20 cuts which includes both visual and audio deletion.
RC also suggests that makers take an ‘adult only’ certificate. However, the makers are not comfortable with this cut as they said this will affect the essence of film. They also not okay with ‘A certificate’.
They believe that the sex education should be given to people of every age. As per the reports, if they will be able to reach a consult then this movie will be a comfortable schedule to release on 11 August, 2023 in cinemas.
It will see the clash between Gadar-2 and OMG-2. Both the movies will be scheduled to be released on 11 August, 2023. The makers of both the films will Kickstarter to promote the film with the trailer.
