Hollywood news:
Is Christine Baumgartner, Kevin Costner’s ex-wife, finally leaving his house? Outside Kevin’s home in Santa Barbara, California, on Friday, moving vehicles were captured on camera. It should be noted that Christine has a court order requiring her to leave the premises by July 31.
According to the photos, a pickup truck and three sizable U-Hauls were seen parked outside of Kevin’s $145 million home. There were also stacks of cardboard cartons all around the vehicles.
In the midst of their lengthy divorce, Kevin has been attempting to get Christine to leave the house. Even his estranged wife had to be evicted from the house by the “Yellowstone” actor via the judicial system. In accordance with their prenuptial agreement, Christine was required to leave the house before 30 days had passed since the divorce petition was filed, but she had refused to do so.
A judge decided in favor of Kevin earlier this month and ordered Christine to leave their joint residence. Christine was also told by the judge that she needed Kevin’s consent to remove anything from the property other than her personal belongings.
Kevin was recently ordered by the court to give Christine child support payments totaling around $130,000 per month. The sum of money was significantly higher than what the “Yellowstone” actor had anticipated having to pay.
The separated couple’s lengthy divorce procedure has drawn attention and involves a number of legal battles. Kevin had charged Christine with using his $95,000 to pay for the divorce costs without his approval back in June.
Christine filed for divorce on April 11 due to their irreconcilable differences, according to court records, and identified that day as the date of their separation. The couple’s marriage lasted for more than 18 years, during which time they were blessed with three children: two sons, Cayden (15) and Hayes (14), and a daughter, Grace (12).
