India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted heavy raining will be seen in the parts of the Delhi-NCR after seeing some lashed rain on Tuesday night.
According to the IMD, Delhi will see cloudy sky and moderate heavy rain for next 24 hours.
Normal rainfall has been seen in the Northern part of India including Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Uttarakhand. Delhi is still struggling with the overflow of the Yamuna water level which breached the 45 years of record and reached a height of 208.66 meters.
The livelihood of Delhi’s people has been disrupted due to flood water. Those flooded part of Delhi still struggling to overcome the flood situation.
On Tuesday, Delhi recorded the minimum temperature at 27.4 degrees Celsius and maximum temperature record at 34 degrees Celsius.
The Yamuna river water level lowered at 205.71 meters but still continues to remain above the danger level. Due to this, the people who lived in over-lying areas are displaced to relief camps and some are shifted to other places.
