Parliament Monsoon Session 2023: The Indian Minister of State for Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai presents the Delhi Services Bill in Lok Sabha. This bill is related to the transfers and posting of officers in Delhi will come under the Central Government of India.
Regarding the Delhi Service Bill, discussion will continue on Wednesday in the Lok Sabha. This bill imposed the control in the service and created the clash between the Central Government and Delhi Government. Delhi CM, Kejriwal wants support of the alliance to oppose this bill.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi set a meeting in which he approved the Delhi Service Bill in the meeting of Union Ministers.
Regarding this bill, the opposition party of Congress stands to oppose this bill and said in the Parliament, ‘This bill is against the decision of the Supreme Court’.
The leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Manoj Tiwari said to the Delhi Government, ‘What power does Kejriwal want’. Senior party leader, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary said, this bill change the decision of Supreme Court.
