Madhya Pradesh News Updates:
In the Berasia neighborhood of Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal district, a 14-year-old girl who attends a government school is allegedly being abused by her teacher on a regular basis.
An arrest has been made for the accused, 50.
Her grandmother offered advice to the worried youngster after she skipped two days of school.
The youngster sobbed uncontrollably as she described her ordeal.
In response to her complaint, Berasia police on Tuesday filed a molestation case against the instructor under the applicable POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) Act and IPC sections, and began an investigation.
According to the Berasia SHO (station house officer), the victim, a class 8 student, who is 14 years old, claimed in her complaint that the 50-year-old accused, Raghuveer Singh Malviya, had molested her at the school for the previous six and a half months starting when she was in class 7.
Before the class 7 exams, she told her mother about the incident.
Since the survivor’s exam was about to begin, her mother delayed reporting the incident to the school.
She had promised her that she would complain to the school when the new semester began following the tests.
According to the SHO, the survivor’s mother passed away in May.
The survivor, who was damaged, kept her trauma a secret from the rest of the family.
When she enrolled in class 8, the accused teacher at the school allegedly resumed his obscene behavior.
On Saturday, he harassed her in front of the school.
The survivor was so afraid that she cried as she went home.
She stopped attending school and skipped Monday and Tuesday.
She broke down in tears and told her grandmother about her ordeal when she was questioned by her grandmother about why she skipped school and offered her advice.
The Berasia police were then notified of the incident.
The teacher was detained and a molestation case was filed against him by Berasia police in response to the survivor’s accusation.
