Prime Minister in Sikar:
On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially opened a number of construction projects in Rajasthan’s election-bound Sikar district. He claimed that for nine years, the central government had made decisions and established new frameworks for farmers, from seed to market.
“Today the country’s farmers have received 18,000 crores under the PM Kisan Samriddhi,” Prime Minister Modi remarked during the opening ceremony in Sikar. The nation now has 1,25,000 PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSKs) centers open.
The PMKSYs centers will help farmers at the block and village levels… The Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) has begun for farmers as well.Urea gold has begun anew. In addition, medical schools and Eklavya model schools have been established in various regions of Rajasthan,” he said.
According to a news agency report, he added that the BJP-led central government will not want farmers to suffer as a result of the price of urea.
“Farmers extract gold from the land with their strength and laborious labor. That is why our government is supporting the nation’s farmers, stated Prime Minister Modi.
“After so many years since independence, such a government has come to power that understands the suffering and anxiety of the farmer, understands the concern of the farmer, and for the past nine years, decisions have consistently been made in the interest of the farmers,” he continued.
Additionally, PM Modi stated that the national government’s top objective is to build modern infrastructure in Rajasthan.
He also brought up the absence of Ashok Gehlot, the chief minister of Rajasthan, and stated that Gehlot has been ill for some time and was unable to attend the ceremony today.
“CM Ashok Gehlot has had a long-term illness and a leg injury. He was supposed to attend the program today, but his health prevented him from doing so. I offer up prayers for his wellbeing,” the Prime Minister continued.
Gehlot, however, claimed earlier today that his address had been cut from the Modi event by the PM’s office. “You are currently in Rajasthan. I will be unable to personally welcome you to Rajasthan due to your office PMO removing my scheduled 3-minute address from the program, so I will instead do so via tweet.
PM Modi then clarified that Gehlot had been invited but would not be able to attend the event, despite his office’s claims to the contrary.
“Ashok Gehlot ji, in accordance with protocol, you have been duly invited and your speech was also slotted. But, your office said you will not be able to join. During PM’s previous visits as well you have always been invited and you have also graced those programs with your presence,” the PMO said.
